Phillip Page, Director of Admission and DiagnosticsPhillip Page, Director

Phillip is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). He obtained his Bachelor of Science from Abilene Christian University and Specialist in School Psychology at Texas Woman’s University. He joined The Winston School leadership team in July of 2020, after spending 10 years working as an LSSP and administrator in public schools. He has extensive experience evaluating individuals for all types of social, emotional, behavioral, and academic differences. He also has extensive supervisory experience, providing both mentorship and training to educational diagnosticians, LSSPs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and music therapists. In addition, he has worked in a private neuropsychology clinic, taught at the collegiate level, often presents at professional conferences, and is an active guest lecturer at local universities. Phillip is known for his passion, enthusiasm, and dedication to supporting teachers, students, and families as they work to remove barriers and navigate the complex path of academic and vocational challenges.

Allison Dickey

Allison is an educational diagnostician with 13 years of experience and a total of 16 years of experience working in education. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia and has a Master’s Degree in Education from Texas Woman’s University. Allison began working at The Winston School Testing and Evaluation Center in July 2013. She works to tailor each evaluation to the needs of the individual student in order to gain an understanding of their specific learning style. Allison is passionate about providing information that will elevate student performance. Her goal is for individuals to come away from testing with their questions answered and an overall new-found, comprehensive understanding of their unique learning profile.

Patty DiFilippo

Patty is an educational diagnostician. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Christian University and Master’s Degree in Education and certification as an educational diagnostician from East Texas State University. She served as a special education teacher and educational diagnostician in the public school system for over 30 years, before joining The Winston School Testing and Evaluation Center staff in February of 2017. She has a special interest in working with elementary age students, but has a passion for helping students of all ages discover their strengths and unique abilities.

Susan Nipper - Educational DiagnosticianSusan Nipper

Susan is an Educational Diagnostician with 29 years of experience. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.  She has worked in public and private educational settings teaching and evaluating students.  She began working at The Winston School Testing and Evaluation Center in January 2020. She is passionate about reading disorders, understanding the underlying neurological cause of learning differences, helping identify solutions, and connecting individuals to the right supports.
