Phillip Page, Director

Phillip is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). 
Phillip obtained his Bachelor of Science from Abilene Christian University and Specialist in School Psychology at Texas Woman’s University.
When asked about the appeal of coming to Winston, he said, “I was drawn to The Winston School because of its unique ability to create a truly individualized approach for each student. “

Allison Dickey

Allison Dickey earned her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia and has a Master’s Degree in Education from Texas Woman’s University. She works to tailor each evaluation to the needs of the individual student in order to gain an understanding of their specific learning style. Allison is passionate about providing information that will elevate student performance and is experienced in the identification of a variety of learning differences.

Patty DiFilippo

Patty DiFilippo completed her Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Christian University and Master’s Degree in Education and certification as an Educational Diagnostician from East Texas State University. She served as a Special Education Resource teacher and Educational Diagnostician in the public school system before joining the Winston Testing & Evaluation staff. Patty currently evaluates Winston students and private clients.

Susan Nipper

Susan Nipper earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.  She has worked in both public and private educational settings teaching and evaluating students.  She began working at TWS in January 2020.  She is thrilled to join the evaluation team and participate in evaluating both private clients and TWS students.
